Rehabilitation Assistant
We are a newly established multi-disciplinary rehabilitation centre that is devoted to the improvement of functional mobility of the neurological population. We offer over 2000 sqft of newly renovated space, a rehabilitation gym fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and spacious private treatment rooms. Opportunities are available for therapist assistants looking to join our professional team.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform various treatments as prescribed and supervised by our therapists.
Assist between client treatments and prepare treatment room
Monitor client progress and report client behaviours to direct supervisor
Clean and maintain equipment including set up and preparation
Ensure gym and treatment area are safe and tidy at all times
Do inventory check/restocking. Report malfunctioning equipment and supply needs to clinic manager
Physical ability to perform the duties of the position
Opening and closing procedures
Qualifications:
Background in exercise health, health and fitness, or Kinesiology. Accreditation program (diploma or degree) or equivalent of education and experience is preferred
Experience working with people with disabilities
Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
Clearance from criminal record check and child intervention check
