Executive Coordinator

We are looking for a full-time receptionist/executive coordinator to join our multi-disciplinary rehabilitation centre! The successful candidate will participate in administrative support for the team. They will ensure smooth operation of daily clerical duties as well as maintain the values of the clinic and provide excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out daily administrative operations of the clinic

  • Provide customer service to clients and guests. You are the director of first impressions

  • Scheduling appointments in person, by phone, and email

  • Billing for clinic services, both private and insurance coverage (ICBC, WCB)

  • Scanning and filling confidential documentations

  • Preparation of necessary paperwork

  • Inventory checks and restocking

  • Reception area cleaning and preparations

  • Opening and closing procedures

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of relevant experience in an office setting, or two years in customer service.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

  • Previous experience with any clinic management software or basic accounting knowledge is an asset

  • MOA certificate is an asset
